Influenced by the cycle of seasons and on the theme of renewal, inspiration was drawn from seed and seed pods including seeds of wildflowers, roses and gourds. Symbolically, the collection represents the process of renewal and growth as Nelissa Hilman embarks on a wider creative journey, marking its 10th year anniversary. 

The 12-piece contemporary collection was handcrafted and consisted of rings, earrings and brooches plated in 24-karat gold. As a continued commitment to sustainability, the collection is crafted using copper sheet, giving a new life to what was the brand’s first outpost signage, prior to re-branding. 

The collection is set amongst a visual installation by Flé Kuala Lumpur. Along with the visual installation, a live demonstration of the collection was conducted with WASIS Studio designer and founder, Sakinah Hassan explaining the vital processes on the creation of each individual piece. 

Showcased at the recent Kuala Lumpur Fashion Week, the jewellery collection is priced between RM380 to RM600. Each piece will be made-to-order and delivered within 2 to 4 weeks. The collection is available on nelissahilman.com and at the flagship store at Bangsar Village II, Kuala Lumpur.
